Microchip Technology DCS Relocation & Lab Tenant Improvement
Electronics Manufacturing / R&D Laboratories
TDN Electric provided electrical construction services for the relocation and buildout of Microchip Technology’s DCS and electronics test operations within an active San Jose facility. The project included demolition, new power distribution, lighting and controls, grounding, branch power, basket tray, raceway infrastructure, and temporary power to support phased construction across two floors.
Work was carefully sequenced to limit disruption to adjacent production areas while supporting sensitive laboratory and test environments.
PharmaLogic Cyclotron Renovation
Radiopharmaceutical Production / Laboratory Renovation
TDN Electric completed the electrical scope for PharmaLogic’s highly specialized cyclotron and laboratory renovation in Santa Clara. The project converted an existing light-industrial building into an R&D facility supporting cyclotron vault, laboratory suite, business offices and controlled storage areas.
The renovation required a new electrical service, power distribution upgrades, lighting & lighting controls, life-safety, and compliance needs within a highly technical production environment.
Digital Realty SC1 & SC2 Electrical Maintenance
Data Centers / Mission-Critical Infrastructure
TDN Electric provided ongoing electrical maintenance, testing, and operational support for Digital Realty’s SC1 and SC2 data center facilities in Santa Clara. Delivered under a multi-year professional services agreement, the work supported continuous 24/7 operation of a mission-critical data center campus.
Services included preventative and corrective maintenance, system monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, rapid response support, documentation, safety training, and detailed cost reporting.
Space Systems/Loral B60 Modernization
Aerospace Manufacturing / Facility Modernization
TDN Electric provided design-assist electrical construction services for the multi-phase modernization of Space Systems/Loral’s Building 60 facility in San Jose. Completed within an active, mission-critical manufacturing environment, the project upgraded core electrical infrastructure serving production, machine shop, laboratory, and office operations.
Scope included new electrical service equipment, expanded distribution, dedicated equipment power, LED lighting upgrades, and a Title 24-compliant Wattstopper DLM lighting control system.
Lockheed Martin Satellite Solar Array Manufacturing System
Aerospace / Mission-Critical Facility Support
TDN Electric supported electrical construction for a structural rail and conveyance system at Lockheed Martin’s Building 153 facility in Sunnyvale. The work was performed within an active, high-security aerospace campus and required detailed coordination with facilities, engineering, and construction management teams.
TDN’s scope included electrical distribution upgrades, lighting & lighting controls, coordination with and connection of complex control systems, grounding and bonding.
